The marking cones are made of flexible, impact-resistant plastic and can be used on any surface – asphalt, hardwood, or grass. The resistance band, made of natural latex, has three tension levels, allowing for gradual exercise progression. The video guide, available on our platform, is structured into modules: warm-up, dribbling technique, running shots, and coordination exercises. Each module lasts between 10 and 20 minutes and can be repeated as often as needed.
Recommendations for Choosing a Basketball
Regardless of the training kit you use, the right ball makes the difference. Here are three recommendations based on the playing surface:
- For asphalt: choose a ball with an outer layer of high-density rubber that resists abrasion and maintains its texture even on hard surfaces. Models with deep seams offer better control in dusty conditions.
- For indoor courts (hardwood): opt for a ball made of soft synthetic composite with fine grooves that optimize rotation. The multi-cellular inner foam absorbs shocks and provides a pleasant feel when shooting.
- For mixed training (home or outdoors): look for a universal ball with a textured surface and standard weight (approximately 600 g). Ideally, choose one that can be used on both asphalt and hardwood without compromising grip.
The HoopMaster Kit is designed to work perfectly with any type of ball, but for optimal results, we recommend using balls that meet official standards for circumference (75–78 cm) and weight. The exercises in the video guide include demonstrations with both outdoor and indoor balls, so you can adapt quickly.
